Appointment Policy

If you are local to NYC, private one-on-one consultations and fittings are a part of the custom design process. It is imperative to show up to your scheduled appointment on time. I understand traffic and subways can cause delays, so I allow a 10 minute grace period. Arrivals beyond that will incur an additional $25 per 15 minutes added to your final balance due.

24 hours is required for appointment cancellation. If the appointment is cancelled in under 24 hours, or if you simply do not show up, this will incur an additional $150 charge added to your final balance due.

Appointments are available weekdays between 7pm & 8pm. Saturdays are available between 12pm and 3pm. Additional evening and weekend appointments may be available by special request only. Please note availability may change without notice.
