Bespoke latex is our specialty. It’s what got us started. Our latex fits like it was made just for you — because it was.
Bespoke means the garment is fully tailored to your body. We make a prototype and fit it—either in our private studio or by video—before making the final piece. We craft unique pieces that flatter your curves, celebrate your identity, and are uniquely yours.
Our current most requested item is our bespoke catsuit.
We additionally offer tailoring and repair services to your current latex collection.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form. Be sure to send over any inspiration you have - could be a sketch, or any fashion image, or even an abstract painting - and include an event date if you have one. We can work with you to design and visualize a unique piece!
At the time of consultation, we will do measurements so please prepare. A 50% deposit of the estimated quote is due at the end of the appointment if you wish to move forward. If you don’t wish to move forward, the consult fee of $100 is due. Please note all designs sketched during the consultation remain property of Kirsten Li Designs.

At Kirsten Li Designs our bespoke service delivers one-of-a-kind latex garments meticulously tailored to your body, style, and lifestyle. While many designers may take 10-15 measurements for their made-to-measure services, we take 50. We strive to truly accommodate every curve of your body.
We pride ourselves by not only producing the garment of your dreams but also ensuring that its fits impeccably with ultimate comfort in mind.

Bespoke commissions involve two separate costs.
Development covers the first pattern draft, proto/fit sample, fittings and any corrections. This is charged once per design — not repeated if you order the same piece in a second colorway.
Production covers materials (latex, trims, hardware), labor, and finishing. This is charged per garment, every time.
A bespoke commission is an investment in your personal style and wardrobe. By keeping your measurements and patterns on file, we can streamline the development process for subsequent commissions, resulting in a more efficient and cost-effective process.
-
Bespoke commissions are costly, not expensive: the price reflects uncompromising craftsmanship, premium materials, and the time-intensive process of creating something singular. Each piece begins with detailed consultations, expert pattern drafting to fit unique measurements, fittings to refine the design and ensure comfort.
When you commission bespoke work, you’re investing in longevity, fit, and the confidence that comes from wearing an item made exclusively for you; that level of personalization and expertise commands a cost, but it’s a value-driven choice rather than mere extravagance.
-
Bespoke patterns and designs are created from scratch, specifically for you, ensuring a one-of-a-kind fit and finish. Made-to-measure differs in that the garment patterns have already been developed; those base patterns are then adjusted to accommodate some basic measurements, but not every single one of the fifty possible points of measurement.

RTW is available in M–XL (standard femme & masc) MT-XLT (trans femme) and 0X–2X (plus femme). These are four separate size ranges built from three separate fit models — not one pattern scaled up.
Our trans femme fit accommodates the skeletal differences - wider shoulders, longer torsos, narrow pelvis - plus the budding busts for those on HRT, for a selection of femme silhouettes.
Additionally, our sizing is closely comparable to your regular clothing sizes.
View our size chart here.
XS and S are available by special request and require a custom pattern redraft. A fee applies.
-
We feel the latex market is already oversaturated with smaller sizing. The average American femme wears a dress size 16, and far too often we find sizing charts and collections that fail to account for that reality. Our mission is to provide thoughtful design and genuine size inclusivity for an underserved segment of the latex fashion niche.
-
Many size charts use fixed increments as sizes increase, but real bodies don’t change in neat proportions. We start with models who represent standard, plus-size, and trans-femme bodies, because skeletal shape and how bodies store weight differ across these groups.
