If you are unsure about which size to order, or concerned about fit, please reach out prior to ordering.

Ready to wear items have a 14 day return and exchange window.

Bespoke commissions & Sample sale ready-to-ship items are final sale.

• Garments must be returned unworn, free of polish, unwashed and in the same condition you received them.

• All garments are sent out with a 360ID Tag. If this tag is tampered with or removed, you will not receive a refund.

• All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee as each garment is made to order. Exchanges for the same style in a different size will not incur a restocking fee. Alterations can be made only if specific measurements were initially given at time of purchase.

• Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of the date your package is marked as delivered. Items must be received within the 14 day time period.

• Once the return has been received, garment will be inspected. If approved, refund will be processed to the original form of payment.

• Garments returned to us not adhering to the above requirements will not be returned to sender and a refund will not be issued.
